I wish I could give ten stars to Z-ROC
Dermatology! Dr. W is the derm I've been looking for on and off throughout my life, clearly, with no success until now. I've seen her a tew times now and there are no words to describe just how happy she's made me.
An example below will help you understand 1 of many reasons as to why!
She noticed things on me I had asked about vaguely and she took the time to show me examples of things on google and what not to really make sure l was understanding.
Back to that example I was getting to above; so l thought I had a crooked nose my ENTIRE life. Dr. W added a little filler and said "look, I fixed it" as calm as can be...i took one look, screamed out of shock and happiness, and all while nearly falling out of my chair, lol. Shocked is an understatement.
Bottom line, l've FINALLY found my
'forever derm!!' You can tell she talks to you from the heart and wants nothing but your utmost satisfaction w her services. She genuinely loves making people feel and look phenomenal.
The office is very clean, I never have to wait, the staff is super caring and helpful. I could go on and on. You WANT this woman as your derm, trust me!
Thank you Dr. W and staff for all you've done and continue to do ! I'm so grateful!!

It is difficult to put into words how wonderful this office is. Recently I was helping a friend who needed a dermatologist for a medical situation. The day I called, the gentleman who answered the phone could not have been nicer. I was afraid it would be awkward since I was not the patient, but I had enough information about my friend and was able to book a visit with Dr. W. I had to call the office a few times after that, and everyone with whom I spoke was so kind and caring. So many doctors’ offices do not realize that that first point of phone contact so often sets the tone for how the office is run. The whole experience once again proved that to be true. A relative took my friend to the appointment and came back with rave reviews about the office and Dr. W. She said Dr. W. was so kind and caring and went above and beyond to help my friend. That made my him feel very much at ease. I highly recommend Dr. W. and this amazing office.

Been going there for a while now for annual screening and dermatology care. Very efficient and very friendly office. Dr. Z is very knowledgeable and explains procedures in detail.

Dr. Matthew Zarraga is very knowledgeable, patient, respectful, and courteous. He listens to you, answers all your concerns and questions for you to understand, does not rush you, and has great bedside manners. His staff is also the best. I highly recommend Dr, Zarraga

Very good experience for my first visit. Friendly, knowledgeable. Comfortable spaces. I’d prefer no ‘music’ in the examination rooms, speaking as a professional musician!

Dr. Wongkittiroch is the best, been going to her for a couple of years now. She is very thorough at explaining the procedures and answering my questions. Great atmosphere in the office and Also very professional and clean, specially now during the pandemic.

The wait for the doctor did not take long at all. After 2-3 minutes in the room, the doctor thoroughly examined me and performed a procedure after a quick diagnosis. I was in and out of the office within 30 minutes of my arrival.

I had a visit on 1/31 to remove a cyst on my leg. On 2/4, it started to swell, feel hot, and get red. I called and left a message, no call back. I called again Thursday, Fri, Sat, went to the walk in clinic. My leg is very infected. Called again. Went to the er Sunday. Called Sunday, Monday. No calls. I’m in patient at the hospital now for 5days-IV antibiotics, severe infection. The dr never called me-even when I told them I was in the hospital. Now I’ve lost 3 1-2 days of work and have thousands in medical bills. Not even a call from the dr. May have to be on a PICC line for 6 weeks. Still no call from the dr.
